BYAF to offer Personal Training Sessions for Augusta Youth - by Former NBA Basketball Player

Former Professional Basketball Players Anthony Blakley will offer personal training workouts to local youth in the Augusta Area. The sessions will be 3 hours long and will help with the skills they will need to be a successful basketball player at the High School and College Levels. There will be beginner thru advanced levels of instruction and the class agenda is based on correct fundamentals and techniques that work the body effectively and efficiently, which gives the students the opportunity to learn to conserve time. Anthony Blakley who has been a certified personal trainer since 2001 will begin training with local kids in our community on the 18th of October 2008. Mr. Blakley is the CEO/ Founder of Hoop4Life, Inc and has over 13 years of experience playing ball in Europe and with the NBA Milwaukee Bucks.
